Shake-Up Expected in New Zealand

CANBERRA, Australia — New Zealand Prime Minister David Lange said Friday that there would be a Cabinet reshuffle and a pause in the process of economic change in his country.
Lange said during a visit to Australia that the reshuffle would be in the next few weeks and the changes would be decided after discussions.
