Reagan Names Choice for Defense Comptroller

WASHINGTON — President Reagan has nominated Clyde O. Glaister, 53, to be comptroller at the Defense Department. The position is a new one at the Pentagon, which has been shaken by recent disclosures of contracting irregularities.
