Watt Starts Construction of Fresno Office Complex

Watt Investment Properties Inc., Santa Monica, has started construction on the $17-million PG&E; Plaza, an office complex at Mono and P streets in Fresno. Scheduled for occupancy in fall, 1989, the project is a joint venture of Watt and Robert Klein Sr., of Fresno. Architects are Allen Y. Lew and William E. Patnaude Inc., of Fresno.
