Premier to Follow Parent Firm Into Commercial Field

Premier, developer of residential communities in Southern California, is entering the commercial building industry.
Premier, formed in 1982, is a subsidiary of Les Nouveaux Constructeurs, France’s fourth-largest residential and commercial builder, with sales projected at $450 million in 1988.
Named as vice president of the Newport Beach-based Premier Business Properties division is Long Beach resident Howard P. Hamlin.
