Campeau Corp. of Toronto has appointed John P. Boorn chairman and chief executive of a newly formed Cincinnati company, the Campeau Development Corp. Campeau Development will be Campeau’s principal real estate development entity in the United States. Boorn previously was chairman and chief executive of JMB-Federated Realty Associates Ltd., a Cincinnati retail development firm.
