Monroe 28, North Hollywood 7--Tailback Curtis Scott rushed for 157 yards in 28 carries and scored a touchdown to lead the Vikings.
Terry London opened the game at Monroewith an 80-yard kickoff return and added touchdown catches of 4 and 52 yards. North Hollywood was led by reserve tailback Tim Sutton, who rushed for 75 yards in 12 carries in place of injured Mike Lewis.
