On the Right Track

I recently purchased a travel guide, “Railways Revisited” by Bernard C. Winn, that was reviewed by Don James in “Booking Time for Travel Adventures” (Sept. 11) and was very pleased and surprised when the book arrived in less than a week from the time I ordered it. I was also pleased with the printing. Although I am in my late 40s and am not a rail buff, I do enjoy trains and have ridden them extensively in Europe. I expect to be in Europe again next year and I am looking forward to riding in some of the trains described in Winn’s book. Meanwhile, I’m thoroughly enjoying the text and photos.
