David Frandsen has been named senior vice president of loan administration for Metrobank’s San Fernando Valley region. He will work at the bank’s Woodland Hills office. Before joining Metrobank, Frandsen, 55, spent 27 years as a senior officer with Union Bank in North Hollywood. Based in Los Angeles, Metrobank caters to business customers and has five regional offices in Southern California.
