Owens-Corning Fiberglas, Toledo, Ohio, has named Max O. Weber president. He replaces William Boeschenstein, who remains chairman and chief executive. Weber, previously senior vice president, will continue as president of the company’s construction products group. He and Paul Daverio, senior vice president and chief financial officer, also were appointed directors.
