Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based investment firm, has named Leslie R. Shaw senior vice president-finance and administration. Hilary Gottlieb, who recently joined Brentwood, will replace Shaw as vice president-finance and administration. Previously, Gottlieb was chief financial officer of Goodtab Management Co. John Walecka was promoted to principal and is managing Brentwood’s Northern California office in Menlo Park. Walecka previously was an associate of the firm.
