‘Shot in the Foot by Prop. 103’

Having read all of Zycher’s rhetoric on Proposition 103, the problem is much simpler than his diatribe.

If the state can make me have insurance in order to be permitted to drive a car in California, then the state must make it affordable. The people of California have the right to expect as much.
