Fieldstone Buys Chino Hills Land

In a transaction handled by Grubb & Ellis’ Ontario office, the Fieldstone Co. of Newport Beach has purchased 89 acres of land in Chino Hills from Walter LaBand of Riverside in a transaction valued at more than $18-million. It plans to build 420 single-family homes.
The property is in the master-planned community of LaBand on Grand Avenue west of the Corona Expressway. Developer of the project is Riverdale Management Co.
