Hermosa’s Gift of Free Parking

I would like to applaud the city of Hermosa Beach for their annual gift of free parking at the street meters during the holiday season. At a time when money is tight, and even finding an extra quarter can be difficult, it’s nice to see that someone cares. It would be great to see every city follow their example.
