Giving the Ax to Burning Yule Trees

Rather than continuing the archaic practice of burning old Christmas trees as we do in many communities in Orange County, why not grind them into mulch for use in civic, park and recreation areas, as is being done in many communities in California and across our nation?
Considerable savings will result with less pollution. The citizens of Orange County claim to be environmentally conscious. Let’s get with it and stop burning--polluting our atmosphere--and mulch, mulch, mulch!
