January Finish Scheduled for Design Center

Completion is scheduled this month for the $5-million Marina Design Center, under construction at 4052 Del Rey Ave., Marina del Rey. The two single-story buildings that make up the complex total 24,715 square feet.
The Cloverleaf Group Inc., of Century City, is the developer; Solberg & Lowe, Santa Monica, is the designer, and John P. Ingram, Los Angeles, the contractor.
