Dead Man Believed Victim of Homicide

The body of an unidentified man was found in a motel room in National City on Saturday, police said.
Officers responded to a call shortly before 11 a.m. from the clerk at the motel in the 600 block of Roosevelt Avenue, Lt. Merrell Davis said. Upon arrival the officers discovered the body, apparently a homicide victim.
An investigation is continuing, Davis said.
