Neptune & Thomas Wins Design Award

The Endowment’s Federal Design Achievement Award was presented, as part of the 1988 Presidential Design Awards Program, to Neptune Thomas Associates, Architects-Engineers of Pasadena and San Diego for renovation and restoration of the U.S. Court of Appeals in Pasadena.
A vacant hotel complex dating back to the 1920’s was turned into a functional facility for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
