Donald Carr has been added to the board of directors of Citizens Bank of Costa Mesa. Carr is president and chief executive of Lansdale & Carr, which owns several businesses, including 4Day Tire Stores, Shamrock Golf Co., and Dorman-Winthrop Clothing Co.
