Culver City : Parking Ordinance Change

The City Council adopted an ordinance that raises the number of required parking spaces for three-bedroom apartments from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2.
The ordinance will effect March 22 and will apply to developers who have not filed a complete building permit application before that date.
