Michael Rudinica has been named senior vice president of Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates’ water resources department. The department is responsible for the supervision of water and waste water management for the company. RBF is a civil engineering, land-planning and surveying firm. Rudinica has been with the Irvine company since 1981.
