David R. Brown and L.E. Thackery have been appointed executive vice presidents of Eldorado Bank, Tustin. Both had previously been senior vice presidents. Brown remains chief financial officer and Thackery remains chief credit officer. Thackery joined the bank in 1984 as vice president and manager of the Tustin branch. Brown came to the bank in 1986 as vice president, controller, and was named senior vice president and chief financial officer in 1987.
