Commercial Scene : Koll Co., CIGNA Buy Business Park

The Koll Co., in a joint venture with CIGNA Investments Inc., has acquired the 17-building, 18-acre Marlborough Square Business Park in Riverside for $20.3 million.
The 450,000-square-foot multi-tenant office/light industrial/retail complex is on Chicago Avenue between Marlborough Avenue and Spruce Street. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.
