Commercial Scene : Beverly Hills Parcel Sold for $6 Million

G-K Development has purchased a 38,500-square-foot parcel at 101 N. La Cienega Blvd., Beverly Hills, in a sale valued at $6 million, and plans to develop a 75,000-square-foot, three-story office/retail complex on the site.
First Financial Development & Francis Development sold the property. L.J. Hooker International negotiated the transaction for both parties.
