The Anaheim Hilton and Towers has appointed a specialist in guest services for Japanese visitors.

Sue Moriyasu has been added as manager of Japanese guest services to welcome Japanese patrons and help communications between them and the hotel staff members, said Glenn A. Hale, general manager at the hotel.

Moriyasu will meet tour groups and coordinate baggage delivery, wake-up calls, mail service, foreign exchange and meals for groups and individual travelers from Japan.

Moriyasu was concierge at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, where she aided Japanese patrons with translation, travel arrangements and restaurant reservations.

“We hope this new position will affirm our commitment to the comfort and hospitality of this important segment of the leisure market,” Hale said.
