The Buena Park City Council has appointed two city residents, Robert Thompson and Philip Walsh, to the four-member board of the Cultural Arts Foundation. Thompson is a chiropractor and former City Council member; Walsh is the president of Emblem Development Corp. The foundation is developing a plan for a cultural arts center in Buena Park.
