Commercial Scene : Weber Services Leases in Distribution Center

Weber Distribution Services has signed a five-year, $4,888,000-lease for 183,490 square feet of space in Miramar Distribution Center at 7825 and 7835 Trade St. in the Miramar district of San Diego.
The San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis represented Weber, while the Rancho Bernardo office of Coldwell Banker represented the lessor, Miramar Distribution Center.
