Georgia Man Reports He Killed Parents, Brother

MIDVILLE, Ga. — A man with a history of mental instability called police and reported that he had shot and killed his mother, father and brother, authorities said.
Eugene Ward, 72, Laura Ward, 70, and their son, Otis, 31, were found slain in their home Saturday night. Tommy Ward, 40, was jailed without bond on murder charges and will undergo a psychiatric evaluation, Sheriff Greg Coursey said.
