Fred Henstridge has been elected a principal of Psomas & Associates, a civil engineering firm based in Costa Mesa. Henstridge has been with the firm 5 years, most recently serving as vice president. Before joining Psomas, he was a principal in Southwest Engineering, which has offices in Orange and Riverside counties.
