Abdul S. Memon has been named senior vice president of National Bank of Southern California in Santa Ana. Memon is chief financial officer of California Commercial Bankshares, parent company of the bank, and is controller of the bank, positions he has held since joining National Bank in 1983. Previously, he was with Westlands Bank, where he held various senior positions.
