Melvin A. Lipson has been appointed vice president of technology development for Morton Thiokol Inc.’s Speciality Chemicals Group in Tustin. He has been with the Dynachem division of the group for 20 years, most recently as president. Succeeding Lipson as Dynachem president is Perry R. Grace, who had been executive vice president.
