If I were a PR man for the President of the United States, I would squirt out rainbows of press releases in regards to his latest coups in domestic and foreign affairs.
If the President accomplished absolutely nothing along such lines, I would issue adorable little items to humanize him--pictures of him petting his pregnant dog, hugging the puppies, fishing, jogging, playing tennis, and pitching horseshoes (only ringers) with other national leaders.
