Alfred V. Neffgen has been named senior vice president of marketing and business management for Holmes & Narver Services Inc., a management services organization in Orange. Neffgen joined the company in 1987 as vice president of marketing. Before that, he was marketing vice president of Dynalectron Corp. in McLean, Va. Holmes & Narver also has named Larry E. Leensvice president. Leens, who has been with the company for 20 years, has previously been senior buyer, director of marketing in Saudi Arabia, manager of proposals and director of operations.
