Maria Estrada, assistant to Starlight’s artistic directors, stole a scene from “42nd Street” Saturday when dancer Reina Bolles was injured during a “Peter Pan” performance. In true show-biz tradition, Estrada stepped into the role of Tiger Lily at the 11th hour, and the show went on without a hitch. Estrada is slated to remain with the company until it completes its run at the Civic Theatre on Sunday
