Commercial Scene : Technology Firms Signs Lease in Kearny Mesa

Interventional Technologies Inc., San Diego, has signed a $2,683,297, six-year lease on a 55,296-square-foot industrial/research and development building in the San Diego Business Center, 3574 Ruffin Road, Kearny Mesa. John Burnham & Co. represented both Interventional Technologies and the lessor, California State Teachers’ Retirement Systems, Los Angeles.
