Quake Hits Northern Utah

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 rumbled through a remote area of northern Utah, but there were no reports of injuries or damage, authorities said. The tremor Wednesday was centered in the Blue Springs Hills, about 20 miles south of the Utah-Idaho state line.
