Gardendale Center, a convenience retail complex, has been completed in Downey by the developer, Cloverleaf Group Inc.
The $2.6-million center at Lakewood Boulevard and Gardendale Street is adjacent to the new Century Freeway. It was designed by Benton Park Candreva and built by the Edwin G. Bowen Co. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is the exclusive leasing agent.
