Commercial Scene : Koll Co. Acquires Site in Sierra Gateway Center

The Koll Co. has acquired a 29-acre site in the Sierra Gateway Distribution Center in Fontana for development of a $22-million distribution, warehousing and manufacturing center.
Construction of the 600,000-square-foot facility, to be called Koll Gateway Distribution Center, has started, with completion anticipated in January.
Joint venturing with the Koll Co. on the project is Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.
