Producers John Moffitt and Pat Tourk Lee, whose recent credits include “Not Necessarily the News,” cable-TV’s ACE Awards and the “Comic Relief” fund raisers, will be the executive producers of the prime-time Emmy Awards telecast Sept. 17. It’s Lee’s first Emmy assignment. Moffitt was producer-director for the Emmys in 1978 and director in 1976. Fox Broadcasting will carry the Emmy telecast, the network’s third in a 3-year pact with the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
