Commercial Scene : Work Under Way on Simi Business Center

Ground has been broken on the $6.2-million Hewson Madera Business Center in Simi Valley.
Grubb & Ellis is handling leasing for the 125,661-square-foot high-technology building to be developed by The Hewson Co. at 3000 N. Madera Road. The two-story building was designed by Hill Pinckert Architects Inc. and it will be built by Oltmans Construction, both of Westlake Village.
