Arizona Instrument Completes Financing

TEMPE, Ariz. — Arizona Instrument Corp. said it completed a $3-million financing with Bridge Capital Associates of Teaneck, N.J.

Proceeds will be used to expand production of the company’s Soil Sentry underground fuel storage tank vapor monitoring system and for working capital, the company said.

The company issued Bridge Capital convertible subordinated debentures and warrants for common stock.
