Olympic silver medalist Colin Jackson won the 110-meter hurdles in 13.56 seconds at Gateshead, England, to help give Britain’s men team its first Europa Cup track and field title in the competition’s 24-year history.

Britain totalled 114 points to finish seven points ahead of the defending champion Soviet Union.
