Margaret (Peggy) Murphy Vosburgh was been hired as vice president of patient-care services at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. Vosburgh, who has 18 years of experience in nursing and a master’s degree in business administration from USC, was formerly director of nursing operating-room services at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Effective Sept. 11, she will be responsible for Hoag’s 700-member nursing staff.
