Cooper Rolls Inc. Gets Aramco Contract

HOUSTON — Cooper Rolls Inc., an equally owned joint venture of Cooper Industries Inc. and Rolls-Royce PLC of London, has been awarded a contract valued at more than $175 million by Aramco Services Co. on behalf of Saudi Arabian Oil Co.
Cooper’s portion of the order amounts to $110 million.
The contract is for gas turbine pump systems for the East-West crude oil pipeline from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia to Yanbu on the Red Sea.
