Lufthansa and American Discuss Alliance: Lufthansa German Airways said it is discussing a marketing alliance with American Airlines. Lufthansa also confirmed previous reports that the Amadeus reservation system, of which it owns 25%, is in talks over buying a stake in American’s Sabre reservation system.
