Monica Villasenor, an employee of a Beverly Hills dry cleaning store, became only the 11th contestant to hit the $1-million jackpot in California’s Big Spin lottery game. Villasenor, 22, a mother of two children, led a list of winners that included Alberta Anderson of Ceres and Rodo Monica of South Gate, who won $100,000 apiece. Other winners were Michele Enciso of Mountain View, $50,000; LeRoy Caldwell of Benecia, $50,000; Mario Flores of Whittier, $50,000; Carlos Pena of San Diego, $50,000; Louis Mordan of San Diego, $40,000; Gerhard Enge of Riverside, $30,000; Mio Okubo of Monterey, $30,000, and Maria Saldivar of Tracy, $20,000.
