The BBC World News will begin airing Nov. 1 on KCSN-FM (88.5) in a delayed broadcast that will be heard here only a few hours after it is presented in London. The program, which will be carried from 5-6 p.m. seven days a week, features reports from BBC correspondents around the world and examines the background of the news. KCRW-FM (89.9) airs 10 minutes of the BBC World News Service Sundays through Fridays at midnight.
