Maxicare Health Plans Inc., Los Angeles, has named Vicki F. Perry, 37, executive vice president-plan operations, a new position created as part of the company’s restructuring efforts. She had been executive director of Maxicare Indiana. Tom Klages, 37, formerly assistant executive director of Maxicare Indiana, succeeds Perry as vice president and general manager of Maxicare’s Indiana health plan.
