NBC newsman Tom Brokaw’s 50th birthday Tuesday included a party at NBC in New York at noon, where the staff enjoyed pizza and watched a 45-minute gag film “Tom Brokaw: The Man and the Myth,” which included greetings from Daniel Ortega, former Presidents Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan, rivals Dan Rather and Peter Jennings, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Mike Wallace, Milton Berle, Art Buchwald, Calvin Trillin and Donald Trump. .
