Rookie running back David Meggett of the New York Giants was arrested in Baltimore and charged with lewdness and soliciting a prostitute after allegedly offering to pay $40 to an undercover female police officer for sex, police said.
Three days after scoring a touchdown in the NFL’s Pro Bowl game, Meggett, 23, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. by vice officers in the Fells Point area of the city, police agent Arlene Jenkins said.
