2 Blasts Rock Czech Army Base; 3 Killed

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia — Three specialists who were sent to a military base in Drhovice, south of Prague, to investigate an explosion died when another blast rocked the base, the official CTK news agency said Sunday. Two other soldiers were injured.
The brief report did not elaborate on the cause of the explosions. The first one occurred on Friday night and the second one on Saturday morning.
